Light

It’s all about the light 

Simply put, without light, you don’t have a photograph.  Light illuminates subjects but the lack of it can also help isolate subjects and simplify an image. It can help create mood and atmosphere. I wanted to do a series where the light itself was the key element.

The light is used in a way that it is participating in the activity as if it’s a character in the image.  The only light used to make these images is the key light you see.
